Booker’s passion for food and service is a gift for all residents, families, and staff at GOP. His love for food and cooking began over 36 years ago. Studying at The New York Restaurant School and at Passaic County Technical Institute, he grew his culinary skills and learned dietary management achieving a 4.0 GPA at both schools! He has worked as a Nutrition Coordinator at Meals on Wheels, was a Chef at BMW, and Assistant Cafeteria manager for Greenville County schools, and has served over 1.5 million meals and counting! He loves to bring tasty, nutritious meals to people, and we are blessed to be able to partake in his culinary creations.
