Kirk Broome

Executive Director

My name is Kirk Broome. I grew up in North Augusta, South Carolina, and, after graduating from North Augusta High School, attended the University of South Carolina – Columbia for my bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. After graduation, I worked for a year before going back to the University of South Carolina for my master’s degree in Health Administration. After exploring several healthcare management opportunities while in graduate school, I felt the calling to care for the Senior patient population. I completed my Administrator-in-Training program through PruittHealth and was given a great opportunity to be the Administrator at PruittHealth Barnwell in 2015. I moved to Greenville in 2016 to work for Fundamental Long Term Care, where I was first Administrator at Magnolia Manor Greenville, then Southpointe Healthcare and Rehabilitation (formerly Magnolia Place Greenville). I have a great love and respect for our seniors and believe that if you do right by the resident and their families, everything else will fall into place.

I am married to my college sweetheart, and we have a 3-year-old son and a 4-year-old dog.

Outside of work, I enjoy live music, playing guitar, going to Gamecock sporting events, and exploring back roads and small towns in our beautiful state.
